MasterPack Pilates Pro
You prep Monday's class in two minutes.
Not on Sunday night.
The 240 classes are already written, with the regression and the progression on every exercise. Building them week after week is work nobody pays you for: here it is already done.
- 240 complete classes
- 300 exercises
- 8 volumes
- 12 bonuses
- Ready in two minutes
- The whole term year programmed
- A5 cards to hold in your hand
- One-time payment, no subscription
If every week you recycle the same class with two exercises swapped, this will sound familiar:
You decide the sequence while your clients roll out their mats
You have three levels in the same hour and one class in your head
The advanced group is bored and you know it
A client arrives with a doctor's note and you do not know how far you can go
You have been running the classical repertoire for three years because there is no time to build anything else
In February the new sign-ups arrive and your regulars have not come back, and nobody explained why
Someone asks you for a private and you do not know what to charge
Eight volumes, one complete path
From the first lateral costal breath to the Boomerang. Every volume follows a real level of the mat, not age and not the method.
- The level where you are not teaching the repertoire yet: you are teaching breathing, the pelvis and control.
- It is the most delicate of all, because a beginner placed wrong does not show now โ it shows two years later, in a client who does her Teaser pulling on her neck and does not know why it bothers her.
- Lateral costal breathing.
- The neutral pelvis and the imprint.
- Engaging the centre without gripping the glutes.
- Roll Down and mobility of the spine.
- The Hundred in its three regressions.
- The Bridge, vertebra by vertebra.
- The first rotations.
- Here the client already knows how to do the exercises.
- The work changes: it is no longer teaching the shape, it is taking out the compensations.
- The neck that pulls, the ribs that flare, the pelvis that escapes.
- Rolling Like a Ball and Open Leg Rocker.
- Spine Stretch and Saw.
- Swan and extension without crushing the lumbars.
- The complete Side Kick Series.
- The Teaser built in four stages.
- And the transitions: getting from one exercise to the next without breaking the class.
- The problem with level 3 is not difficulty: it is boredom.
- Someone five years in has done everything, and if the class does not surprise her she goes to the studio next door.
- Control Balance, Boomerang, Jack Knife.
- Sequences without pauses.
- Working by time and in continuous flow.
- Combinations and variations on the classical repertoire.
- And how to build a class that does not look like last week's.
- It is not a volume about equipment: it is a volume of classes that use what is in your room.
- Every class declares its equipment at the top, and carries the variation for the day that equipment is not there.
- Magic circle: arms, adductors, the reference for the centre.
- Soft ball: mobility, support, proprioception.
- Band: progressive resistance and shoulder blade work.
- Foam roller: instability, thoracic mobility, self-massage.
- And the mixed classes for a big group with little equipment.
- The jump that scares people: from the mat to the machine.
- Every class calls the load in heavy and light springs, never by colour โ because one maker's red is the heavy one and another's is the light one, and picking the wrong spring is the most common mistake in the studio.
- Footwork in the five positions.
- The Hundred on the reformer.
- Long Box and the complete Short Box.
- Elephant and Long Stretch Series.
- Knee Stretch Series.
- Semicircle and Short Spine.
- And how you run three clients on three different machines.
- Four audiences that do not fit the standard class, and the ones you get called for precisely because nobody knows how to handle them.
- Over 60: mobility, balance, functional strength.
- Complete beginners: the first eight classes of someone who has never done anything.
- Athletes: runners, cyclists, tennis players, with Pilates as complementary work.
- And men: the group that signs up in February and disappears by Easter, and why.
- Not a volume you read: a volume you consult, in the room, five minutes before the class.
- 300 illustrated exercises classified by goal, and every card carries the minimum level, the equipment, the regression, the progression and the known contraindications.
- Because in Pilates an exercise does not transfer from one level to another: the Roll Up given to someone who does not yet control the imprint only makes her work with her hip flexors.
- No exercise is repeated between the archive and the bonuses.
- Not new classes: the map that tells you which of the 240 to teach, and when.
- Forty weeks on the real calendar of an Australian studio, across the four school terms.
- The February start and the new sign-ups.
- The first cycle, up to the Easter holidays.
- The school holidays and the group that thins out.
- The July block, where the winter habit is made or lost.
- The Term 3 holidays and the turn towards summer.
- The spring cycle and the run to December.
- December and January are not in this plan, and that is deliberate: they are six weeks, they behave nothing like a term, and a term program dropped into them empties out.

A group hour in a studio pays A$25 to A$40. A private, A$70 to A$120.
The difference is not the work: it is who found the client. Four volumes so you do not depend only on the hours the studio is willing to give you.

Frequently asked questions
The pack is built for people who already teach Pilates or are training. It is not a training program and it registers, accredits or qualifies nobody: it is the working material you use in the room. There is no occupational licence for Pilates instruction in Australia, and AUSactive registration and PAA membership are voluntary association schemes โ this does not lead to either.
Both. Volumes 1 to 3 are the three real levels of the mat, volume 4 is small equipment and volume 5 is reformer, from beginner to intermediate, in duets, trios and one to one.
That is the reason the pack exists. Every exercise carries its regression and its progression already written, so a complete beginner and someone six years in fit in the same hour.
No, and on purpose. This covers teaching movement to healthy people, on the mat and in the studio. Rehabilitation, physiotherapy, post-surgical or clinical Pilates, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel have their own training, competence and liability.

Yes. The studio cards are A5, one side, ready to print or laminate โ the sequence, the reps and the timings, to hold in your hand.
The Base gives you the 8 volumes, the 240 classes and 6 bonuses. The Complete Pack adds the other 6 bonuses, the ones about back pain, contraindications and the first interview. Complete + Business adds the four volumes on finding your own clients.
That is not inside this pack: it is a separate product, because a pregnant client is not an ordinary client with a few extra precautions. In every case, a client with pain, a diagnosed condition or a pregnancy is screened before class and works from the clearance her own registered health practitioner has given.
Pilates was excluded from private health general treatment benefits on 1 April 2019 and re-included on 1 July 2025. A great deal of Australian content โ including pages that look official โ still says it is excluded. What that change does and does not mean for you is inside the Business volume; this product is not recognised by any health fund.
